If there are multiple people from my organization coming to this conference, can we do group registration?

No. Each person needs to register individually. However, note if you are all educators and you have at least 6 registrants you may qualify for “6 educators for the price of 5 discount.”

Is it possible to get a discounted rate for the conference?

Is it possible to get a scholarship for the conference?

Recipients may receive full or partial funds. Decisions for scholarship funds will be made by on a rolling basis. Please note that preference will be given to educators from neighboring public school districts that either qualify for Title I funding or have a significant free and reduced lunch student population.

What is the cancellation policy?

• Cancellations received by September 19, 2011 will be fully refunded.

•  Cancellations received after Sept 19, 2011 but before October 14, 2011 will be refunded the registration fee minus $50 processing.

• Cancellations received on October 14 or later (including no shows) will not receive a refund.

Does the registration cost cover my meals?

Thursday registration covers a continental breakfast and lunch.

Friday registration covers continental breakfast, lunch, and a cocktail reception.

Does the registration cost cover parking?

Parking for the conference is free but tight. We highly encourage carpooling. There is limited parking on Nueva campus and we will have offsite parking and valet arrangements. Free shuttles will be available from all offsite parking locations.
